Key Responsibilities
- Develop annual construction and project management plans
- Monitor project timelines, budgets and quality standards
- Prepare tenders and contractor documentation
- Conduct financial feasibility assessments
- Manage service provider contracts and performance
- Ensure compliance with building regulations and safety standards
- Prepare progress reports for management
Essential Requirements
- 3-5 years construction/project management experience
- Proven team supervision skills
- Expertise in budget management
- Knowledge of JBCC, GCC & NEC contracts
- Understanding of OHS Act and construction regulations
