Position Details

Job Title: Project Manager Recruit 2025/511 (2 Posts)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: R896,436 per annum (Total Cost Package) MMS Level 11
Location: Pretoria, Gauteng

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (NQF 7) or 3-Year National Diploma (NQF 6) in Business/Public Administration or related field
  • 3 years’ project management experience in public sector, legal, or investigative environments
  • Project Management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, or CAMP preferred)
  • Knowledge of PFMA, POCA, PSA, and NPA Act regulations
  • Eligibility for confidential security clearance

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead coordination of multidisciplinary investigation teams
  • Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management
  • Manage operational logistics including venue coordination and data management
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from prosecution teams, law enforcement, and international partners
  • Monitor project performance and generate regular progress reports
  • Ensure compliance with legislative frameworks and ethical standards
