Position Details

Core Responsibilities
- Lead engineering/R&D projects through full lifecycle management
- Develop project plans, budgets, and resource allocations
- Manage NEC4 contract compliance and stakeholder communications
- Oversee quality control and risk mitigation strategies
- Coordinate hybrid (traditional/agile) project execution
- Produce detailed progress reports for senior management
Required Qualifications
- BTech/BEng in relevant engineering discipline
- Professional registration (ECSA/PMI-PMP/PRINCE2 preferred)
- Proven success with medium-large technical projects
- NEC4 contract management experience
- Advanced planning/scheduling capabilities
Key Competencies
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Excellent English communication (written/verbal)
- Adaptability in high-pressure environments
- Willingness for domestic/international travel
