Position Details
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Education Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree/National Diploma in Project Management or related field
- Experience Needed: 6+ years in sport/recreation project management
- Work Location: Pretoria, Gauteng
- License Requirement: Valid Code B Driver’s License
- Technical Skills: Computer proficiency essential
Key Responsibilities
- Lead citywide sports facility development projects
- Implement national recreation programs
- Manage stakeholder relationships
- Support community sports organizations
- Coordinate regional development initiatives
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven leadership in infrastructure projects
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience managing project teams (supervisory experience preferred)
- Conflict resolution capabilities
- Ability to manage tight deadlines
