Key Responsibilities
- Assist project managers with administrative support for customer relations and internal processes
- Monitor project timelines, conduct meetings, and resolve operational challenges
- Maintain accurate project documentation and quality assurance protocols
- Coordinate planning, monitoring, and control activities to ensure project success
- Manage general office administration for smooth project execution
Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- 3-year diploma/degree or NQF Level 5 certification
- Project Management certification
Required Knowledge:
- Project management methodologies and workflows
- Risk management and configuration management
- Budget control and financial reporting
- Project scheduling techniques
