Key Responsibilities

  • Assist project managers with administrative support for customer relations and internal processes
  • Monitor project timelines, conduct meetings, and resolve operational challenges
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and quality assurance protocols
  • Coordinate planning, monitoring, and control activities to ensure project success
  • Manage general office administration for smooth project execution

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

  • 3-year diploma/degree or NQF Level 5 certification
  • Project Management certification

Required Knowledge:

  • Project management methodologies and workflows
  • Risk management and configuration management
  • Budget control and financial reporting
  • Project scheduling techniques
