Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for project implementation across 6 countries
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and events including logistics management
- Prepare contracts, payment requests, and track service provider deliverables
- Maintain project documentation and filing systems
- Support communication efforts through material production
- Monitor partner deliverables and timelines
- Prepare meeting minutes and activity reports
Requirements
Education:
Secondary education completion certificate (technical/vocational qualification acceptable)
Experience:
2+ years in project administration, office management, or related field
