Position: Programme Manager: Governance Development Cluster (SDCD19011)

Education Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 7) in Operations Management or equivalent
Experience Needed: 3-5 years managerial experience in local government

Key Requirements:
- Proven track record in municipal operations management
- Comprehensive knowledge of local government legislation
- Strong financial management capabilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead infrastructure cluster operations and service standard compliance
- Develop implementation strategies for municipal service delivery
- Monitor resolution of service complaints through centralized tracking system
- Ensure adherence to Batho Pele principles in service agreements
- Manage team performance and departmental budgets
- Oversee regulatory compliance across all operations
