Essential Qualifications
- BSc/BEng/BTech in Civil Engineering or Construction Management

- 5+ years’ experience in road/building construction & maintenance
- Professional registration with ECSA/SACPCMP (advantageous)
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee BRT infrastructure projects including bus lanes, stations, and pedestrian bridges
- Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and urban planning requirements
- Manage project budgets and expenditure control
- Develop safety protocols and risk mitigation strategies
- Lead construction teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Coordinate maintenance programs and reporting systems
