Experience: 6+ Years Construction/Project Management
Education: Bachelor’s in Building Science/Construction Management
Core Responsibilities
- Manage full construction lifecycle from planning to handover
- Develop annual construction plans & project budgets
- Oversee contract management & procurement processes
- Monitor project timelines and financial performance
- Lead feasibility studies for new developments
- Ensure compliance with building regulations & safety standards
Essential Qualifications
- SACPCMP Professional Registration (PrCPM)
- Expertise in construction contract management
- Proven track record in large infrastructure projects
- Strong financial management capabilities
- Valid driver’s license
