Education: Bachelor’s in Building Science/Construction Management

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage full construction lifecycle from planning to handover
  • Develop annual construction plans & project budgets
  • Oversee contract management & procurement processes
  • Monitor project timelines and financial performance
  • Lead feasibility studies for new developments
  • Ensure compliance with building regulations & safety standards

Essential Qualifications

  • SACPCMP Professional Registration (PrCPM)
  • Expertise in construction contract management
  • Proven track record in large infrastructure projects
  • Strong financial management capabilities
  • Valid driver’s license
