Position Details

Requirements

  • 3-year Natural Science qualification with B-Tech Quality/Quality Management certification
  • 3-5 years experience implementing ISO/IEC 17025 & ISO 9001 QMS
  • Experience conducting internal audits for quality systems
  • Process mapping and production management knowledge (advantageous)
  • Valid driver’s license

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain ISO-compliant Quality Management Systems
  • Develop QMS documentation and conduct regular reviews
  • Lead internal audits and coordinate corrective actions
  • Manage proficiency testing programs and interlaboratory comparisons
  • Support laboratory during accreditation assessments
  • Investigate customer complaints and non-conformances
