Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- 2-5 years professional experience in Employee/Labour Relations
- Demonstrated knowledge of labour dispute resolution processes
- Practical experience with arbitration proceedings
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert consultation on employee relations matters
- Represent the organization in external dispute resolution processes
- Develop strategies for minimizing labour disputes
- Collaborate with Legal Services on labour-related cases
- Prepare high-quality communications for senior stakeholders
