Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 2-5 years professional experience in Employee/Labour Relations
  • Demonstrated knowledge of labour dispute resolution processes
  • Practical experience with arbitration proceedings

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert consultation on employee relations matters
  • Represent the organization in external dispute resolution processes
  • Develop strategies for minimizing labour disputes
  • Collaborate with Legal Services on labour-related cases
  • Prepare high-quality communications for senior stakeholders
