Minimum Requirements

• Matric Certificate (NQF Level 4)
• Diploma/Degree in General Nursing, Midwifery & Community Health Services (NQF Level 7)
• Additional certification in Clinical Assessment, Treatment, and Mental Health (NQF Level 7 preferred)
• Valid registration with SANC
• 3+ years of post-qualification experience in primary healthcare
• Valid driver’s license

Primary Function

Deliver comprehensive primary healthcare services including diagnosis, treatment, and disease prevention. Participate in community health initiatives to promote affordable, effective care aligned with national health objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide integrated primary healthcare services under national health programs
• Design and implement community health awareness campaigns
• Maintain accurate medical records and reporting systems
• Collaborate with community organizations and healthcare partners
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards
• Analyze health data to improve service delivery
