Requirements
- Grade 12/Senior Certificate
- R425 Nursing Qualification (Degree/Diploma) registered with SANC
- Post-basic 1-year ICU Nursing Science qualification (SANC-accredited)
- 4 years of clinical nursing experience post-registration
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver ICU care aligned with clinical standards
- Manage medical resources and equipment
- Implement infection control protocols
- Supervise nursing teams and support staff
- Document patient safety incidents
- Adhere to Batho-Pele Principles and Patient Rights
