Position Overview:
Full-time vacancy for a General Nursing Professional Nurse Grade 1 at Witbank Hospital. Applications welcome from qualified candidates meeting the following requirements:
Requirements:
- Grade 12/Senior Certificate equivalent
- Diploma/Degree in General Nursing (SANC-accredited)
- Valid registration with SANC as Professional Nurse (2025)
- 1-10 years post-registration nursing experience
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical nursing care within approved scope of practice
- Implement National Core Standards and hospital frameworks
- Maintain effective communication with patients and staff
- Coordinate multidisciplinary healthcare services
- Manage unit resources efficiently
- Uphold ethical nursing practices and patient rights
