- Deliver evidence-based nursing care within approved scope of practice
- Implement National Core Standards and Ideal Hospital Framework
- Maintain effective communication with patients and healthcare teams
- Manage clinical resources efficiently
- Participate in multidisciplinary team activities
- Maintain professional ethics and Batho Pele principles
