Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12/Matric certificate
- Diploma/Degree in General Nursing (SANC-accredited)
- Active registration with SANC as Professional Nurse (Regulation R425)
- 1-10 years clinical experience post-registration
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive patient care within nursing scope of practice
- Implement national healthcare standards and quality improvement programs
- Maintain accurate medical records and reports
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Manage clinical resources effectively
- Adhere to patient rights and Batho Pele principles
