About the Role

We seek two qualified engineers to support provincial road network management through:

  • Strategic planning of construction/maintenance activities
  • Road infrastructure protection and improvement
  • Collaboration with district engineering teams

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate development proposals affecting road networks
  • Implement strategies against unauthorized road network usage
  • Conduct road safety assessments and corrective actions
  • Oversee road maintenance projects and quality control
  • Develop productivity improvement initiatives
  • Prepare technical specifications for tender documents

Essential Qualifications

  • BEng/BSc in Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license (Code B)
  • ECSA professional registration (non-negotiable)

Preferred Experience

  • Road construction project management
  • Infrastructure design and budgeting
  • Procurement processes and OHSA compliance
  • Heavy equipment utilization
