Essential Requirements

• BSc/BEng in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
• ECSA Professional Engineer registration (Non-negotiable)
• Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification experience in civil engineering projects
• Expertise in geotechnical, water infrastructure design, and construction materials
• Bonus: Traffic/transportation engineering experience

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate technical proposals and contractor bids
• Oversee design approval processes for civil projects
• Conduct quality control inspections during construction phases
• Perform infrastructure assessments and integrity surveys
• Develop departmental engineering standards and manuals
• Resolve technical disputes and review project accounts
• Supervise minor traffic studies and in-house project designs
