Position: Product Technical Reviewer – Electro-technical Certification

Key Details:

- Required Qualification: National Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Heavy/Light Current)
- Experience Required: 3 years in technical environment
- Location: Pretoria, Gauteng

Purpose of Role:
Deliver high-quality certification services through technical review and expertise while meeting SABS policies and international standards.
Requirements:
- National Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- 3 years’ technical experience
- Knowledge of certification protocols and audit processes
- Understanding of risk management principles
- SAATCA registration (advantageous)
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Management:
- Review client applications and audit reports
- Conduct on-site auditor evaluations
- Provide technical support for certification processes
- Contribute to operational planning
Compliance Assurance:
- Implement quality risk management standards
- Ensure regulatory compliance
- Maintain service level agreements
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Provide technical mentorship to staff
- Manage client relationships and queries
- Represent SABS in technical committees
