Position Summary

This role involves operating and managing a defined production line within a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth production processes, maintaining safety standards, and supporting team productivity.

Work Responsibilities:

• Operate and manage production line activities to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Conduct training for new employees on the production line.
• Prepare necessary documentation such as SDS, filling forms, COA, and packing directives.
• Follow established work instructions, SOPs, and bill of materials for each production recipe.
• Operate and control production equipment, including manual and automated systems.
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and decontamination of equipment.
• Conduct quality checks, sample collection, and data recording on QM online.
• Maintain accurate records of production processes and materials.
• Support troubleshooting and problem-solving activities on the production line.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and safety standards are maintained.
• Operate forklifts or automatic pallet jacks as required.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Good understanding of Safety procedures and LOTO practices
• Experience with SAP is advantageous
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and mathematical skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• White or Yellow Belt in Lean Six Sigma (LSS)
• Experience in Production Management
• Knowledge of Continuous Improvement principles
