Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes including supplier evaluations and purchase orders
- Monitor supplier performance against contractual agreements and SLAs
- Maintain contract registers, spending analyses, and asset management records
- Coordinate tender processes from document preparation to bid evaluation
- Ensure compliance with PFMA, PPPFA, B-BBEE regulations, and National Treasury guidelines
Requirements
- NQF-7/CIPS Level 5 qualification in Supply Chain Management
- 5+ years public sector SCM experience including 3+ years contract management
- Expertise in Public Finance Management Act and procurement legislation
- Experience with capital projects and government tender processes
- Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills
