Position Overview
Employment Type: Full-Time
Minimum Education: Matric Certificate
Location: Gauteng
Sector: Engineering/Technical
Key Responsibilities
- Operate microbrewery & pilot malting plant equipment according to standards
- Conduct quality control checks and document results
- Monitor production processes using short-interval control systems
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- Implement 5S principles for workplace organization
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with team members on technical solutions
Required Qualifications
- N4 Millwright/Electrical Certification
- Valid Trade Test Certificate
- Basic PLC and field device knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP
Preferred Skills
- Experience in process control environments
- Knowledge of Fieldbus technology (ASI, Profibus)
- Understanding of brewing/malting processes
