Position Summary

We seek a qualified Mechanical Artisan to optimize equipment performance in our Phoenix manufacturing facility. This role focuses on proactive maintenance, efficiency improvement, and minimizing production downtime through technical expertise.

Core Responsibilities

• Perform equipment maintenance and repairs
• Troubleshoot mechanical failures
• Fabricate replacement components
• Maintain safety standards
• Supervise production line startups
• Train junior technicians
• Manage inventory of spare parts

Required Qualifications

• Red Seal Trade Test Certification (Mechanical)
• 2+ years FMCG maintenance experience
• PLC systems understanding
• Advanced mechanical assembly skills
• Proven problem-solving ability
