Position Summary

We seek a qualified Process Artisan to ensure optimal equipment performance through proactive maintenance, rapid problem-solving, and technical expertise in our fast-paced bottling environment.

Key Responsibilities

Equipment Management

• Execute scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs
• Diagnose mechanical/electrical faults across production lines
• Implement condition monitoring programs

Production Support

• Optimize line efficiency through technical interventions
• Manage equipment changeovers and startups
• Collaborate with production teams on troubleshooting

Quality & Compliance

• Maintain GMP, HACCP, and ISO standards
• Calibrate control systems and sensors
• Document maintenance activities accurately

Safety & Development

• Conduct risk assessments and safety protocols
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
• Share technical knowledge across shifts

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

• National Certificate (NQF 4-6) in Mechanical/Electrical fields
• Valid Red Seal Trade Test certification

Preferred Experience:

• 2-3 years in FMCG manufacturing
• Knowledge of PLC systems and automated production

Key Skills:

• Technical troubleshooting expertise
• Shift flexibility and emergency response capability
• Strong safety compliance ethic
