As the largest Coca-Cola bottler in Africa and a key player in the global Coca-Cola system, we operate within South Africa’s dynamic FMCG sector. Our Midrand facility seeks skilled professionals to maintain operational excellence in beverage production.

Position Summary

We require an qualified Process Artisan to optimize equipment performance through proactive maintenance and efficient problem-solving in our bottling operations.

Core Responsibilities

• Execute preventive maintenance and equipment calibration
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical/electrical failures
• Supervise production line startups and changeovers
• Fabricate replacement components using workshop tools
• Maintain safety standards and 5S workplace organization
• Mentor technical trainees and junior staff

Essential Qualifications

Mandatory Requirements:

• Millwright/Electrical Trade Test certification
• N3 Engineering qualification (Mechanical/Electrical)
• 2+ years FMCG maintenance experience

Technical Competencies:

• PLC system operations knowledge
• Precision equipment calibration skills
• Advanced mechanical troubleshooting
