Core Purpose
Maintain and optimize electrical systems through proactive maintenance, ensuring maximum equipment availability while maintaining safety standards and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform equipment inspections and preventive maintenance
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical system breakdowns
- Manage maintenance projects and spare parts inventory
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and 5S standards
- Support production line startups and changeovers
- Mentor technical trainees and junior staff
- Maintain accurate equipment maintenance records
Qualification Requirements
- N3 Electrical Engineering Certificate (N6 preferred)
- Valid Electrical Trade Test Certificate
- 2+ years technical experience in manufacturing environment
Essential Skills
- Advanced electrical systems troubleshooting
- Understanding of bottling line operations
- Proficient in technical documentation
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
- Commitment to workplace safety standards
