Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies
• Analyze business requirements and create technical specifications
• Design complex relational databases and integrated systems
• Lead system testing and deployment processes
• Provide user training and post-implementation support
• Manage systems projects and supervise technical teams
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and standards

Requirements

• Honours Degree (NQF 8) in IT or related field
• 5+ years experience in full software development lifecycle
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and database design
• Strong background in systems architecture and data modeling
• Project management certification/experience preferred
• Knowledge of statistical processes (advantageous)
