Requirements:
- Matric/Senior Certificate + 3 years’ HR experience OR
Diploma/Degree (NQF 6/7) in HR Management/Public Administration - Three (3) PERSAL certifications (report interpretation required)
- Knowledge of Public Service regulations, Employment Equity Act, and Basic Conditions of Employment Act
- Strong computer, communication, and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage HR processes: recruitment, appointments, transfers, and qualification verification
- Administer employee benefits (leave, pensions, housing allowances)
- Oversee performance management systems
- Prepare HR reports and provide policy guidance to staff
- Support recruitment processes and Sub-district Manager operations
