Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social/Behavioral Sciences (Master’s in Organizational Psychology preferred)
  • Change management certification advantageous
  • 8+ years experience in organizational development/change management
  • Valid driver’s license preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement city-wide change management strategies
  • Lead stakeholder engagement for organizational transformation
  • Conduct change readiness assessments and develop training programs
  • Develop interventions for change resistance management
  • Enhance change leadership capabilities across departments
