Position Summary
Location: Mahikeng, North West
Experience: 6-8 years (4 years managerial)
Qualification: LLB Degree (NQF 8) + Legal Practice Admission
Core Responsibilities
- Lead forensic legal services for provincial/national anti-corruption investigations
- Manage legal aspects of remediation processes
- Mentor junior legal staff and transfer specialist knowledge
- Ensure compliance with forensic legal protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary investigation teams
Essential Requirements
- Admitted Attorney/Advocate (active registration preferred)
- Proven track record in public sector investigations
- Expertise in forensic legal procedures and litigation
- Strong leadership and case management skills
