About Us:

The Road Accident Fund provides statutory insurance coverage for motor vehicle liability in South Africa, focusing on personal injury claims arising from traffic collisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead application development life cycle from design to deployment
• Create system designs aligned with architectural standards
• Develop/maintain software solutions using RAF standards
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Design relational database structures and API integrations
• Develop Power Platform solutions and mobile applications
• Prepare technical documentation and progress reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Advanced Diploma in IT or related field
• 5-7 years SDLC experience
• Expertise in:
  • Power Platform development
  • RESTful API integration
  • UML modeling
  • Microsoft development stack
• Preferred Certifications:
  • Microsoft Certified Application Developer
  • ITIL/Cloud/Java certifications
