Position: Principal Clerk

- Manage customer inquiries and service-related communications
- Process street vending permits and business license applications
- Oversee administrative functions including document management
- Maintain daily transactional records and reporting
- Ensure compliance with municipal regulations
Minimum Requirements:
- Senior Certificate (Grade 12/NQF Level 4)
- 2 years’ experience in public administration
- Proficient in standard office software
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional administrative certification
- 3+ years municipal service experience
