Core Purpose
Provide comprehensive clerical support for film permit coordination and administration within municipal operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Process film permit applications and coordinate filming logistics
- Maintain accurate records of film permits and location approvals
- Generate monthly reports on film activities and statistics
- Support annual reporting processes for departmental activities
- Manage general administrative functions for the film coordination unit
Required Skills
- Proficiency in office software and database management
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Knowledge of municipal regulations and business processes
- Valid driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional certification in office administration
- Experience in municipal or government operations
- Understanding of film production requirements
