Core Purpose

Provide comprehensive clerical support for film permit coordination and administration within municipal operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process film permit applications and coordinate filming logistics
  • Maintain accurate records of film permits and location approvals
  • Generate monthly reports on film activities and statistics
  • Support annual reporting processes for departmental activities
  • Manage general administrative functions for the film coordination unit

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in office software and database management
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and client service skills
  • Knowledge of municipal regulations and business processes
  • Valid driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications

  • Additional certification in office administration
