Key Responsibilities

  • Lead teacher development through coaching, observations, and weekly training sessions
  • Maintain high teaching standards across all subjects through regular classroom support
  • Implement national curriculum alongside enhanced digital learning programs
  • Analyze student performance data to improve teaching strategies
  • Coordinate staff hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations
  • Enforce school policies and manage disciplinary processes
  • Represent school values at all community engagements

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

  • B.Ed or PGCE degree (Master’s preferred)
  • SACE registration
  • Grade 12 certificate
  • Fluent English proficiency

Experience Needed:

  • Minimum 2 years classroom teaching experience
  • Proven leadership in educational settings
  • Knowledge of labor regulations
  • Experience with primary school learners
