Main Purpose of the Position:

This internship program aims to develop interns into potential pre-sales engineers. The role involves working with specific technologies, designing and building solutions based on partner needs, and planning technology services. Key attributes include strong technical understanding and problem-solving skills.

Veeam & ExaGrid Internship Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Accompany your mentor to meetings, events, and workshops.
  • Study and earn technical certifications to address questions about assigned products.
  • Help the pre-sales team with proposals.
  • Identify technical needs to meet customer requirements.
  • Learn about competing products in the market.
  • Practice delivering high-quality presentations and demonstrations.
  • Present the strengths of First Distribution products compared to competitors.
  • Conduct effective technical product demos and presentations.
  • Shadow your mentor or technical lead to gain experience and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with brand and vendor technical teams to stay updated on IT industry developments.
  • Work with product and delivery teams to create scalable solutions.

Requirements:

Internal Training:

In your first week, you will receive a detailed learning map to guide your on-the-job training.

  • BSc in Computer Science or related field.
  • Strong interest in data center backup technology.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Analytical skills to solve various problems.
  • Solution-building ability, from assessing current environments to designing new ones.
  • Capacity to explain the benefits of future IT solutions.
  • Interest in technology and its inner workings.

Ability to Meet Job Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High energy, enthusiasm, self-motivation, and a drive to learn in a fast-paced setting.
  • Good balance of analysis, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
  • Interest in the latest IT technologies and cloud computing.

Office Requirements:

  • Office-based work environment.
  • Semi-formal dress code.
  • Working hours: 08:00 to 17:00.
  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Reliable transportation to and from the office.
