Practitioner: Contract Management Travel and Transport

The Contract Management Travel and Transport Practitioner will monitor, analyze, and take actions to ensure effective contract administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the register of transversal contracts.
  • Coordinate the development of Service Level Agreements and file all signed contracts.
  • Monitor and evaluate contract performance according to the Service Level Agreement. Ensure compliance and control in contract management, and coordinate improvements in service delivery.
  • Monitor the use of LGSETA vehicles. Track the utilization of Travel Management Providers and ensure compliance with the Travel Framework.

Job Requirements:

Minimum:

  • Degree or Diploma in Financial Management, Logistics, Purchasing Management, Supply Chain Management, or Public Administration. A Postgraduate Diploma or Degree is an advantage.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management.

The successful candidate’s remuneration is negotiable and based on a Total Cost to Company package, including contributions to retirement fund and medical aid.

  • LGSETA follows Employment Equity principles and may not make an appointment.
  • The appointee must enter into a performance agreement with the employer.
