Dis-Chem Pharmacies, South Africa’s leading pharmaceutical retailer established in 1978, seeks a Post Basic Qualified Pharmacist Assistant for our new Soshanguve Plaza store in Pretoria.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide pharmaceutical care for patients’ medication needs
- Dispense Schedule 1-5 medications following SAPC regulations
- Accurately process prescriptions and medical aid claims
- Maintain medication stock control and inventory management
- Provide patient counseling on proper medication use
Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- Matric Certificate
- SAPC registration as Post Basic Pharmacist Assistant
- Proficiency in English + one additional language
- Experience with pharmacy management systems
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of SAP and E-Scripting
- Third language proficiency
- Retail/FMCG experience
Work Conditions
