Position Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- Matric Certificate (Grade 12)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Commerce, Corporate Governance, or Risk Management (NQF 7)
- 10 years’ compliance experience (including 4 years at middle management level)
- Valid driver’s license

- Develop and implement compliance frameworks aligned with municipal regulations
- Lead cross-departmental alignment of compliance processes
- Manage strategic stakeholder relationships
- Oversee financial controls and budgeting for compliance operations
- Produce analytical reports for executive decision-making
