Position Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

  • Matric Certificate (Grade 12)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Commerce, Corporate Governance, or Risk Management (NQF 7)
  • 10 years’ compliance experience (including 4 years at middle management level)
  • Valid driver’s license

  • Lead cross-departmental alignment of compliance processes
  • Manage strategic stakeholder relationships
  • Oversee financial controls and budgeting for compliance operations
