Key Responsibilities

Operations Management:

• Support daily farm operations and task coordination
• Monitor work quality and operational costs

Equipment Maintenance:

• Conduct machinery inspections and basic repairs
• Implement preventive maintenance strategies

Team Leadership (Zulu Proficiency Required):

• Manage permanent and temporary staff
• Implement productivity measures and basic disciplinary actions
• Promote positive team dynamics

Candidate Requirements

• National Diploma (minimum) or B.Tech in Agriculture (preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Advanced skills advantageous)
• Proven experience in farm supervision/management
