Requirements:

  • Grade 10 certificate.
  • Ability to follow written instructions, good organizing skills, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • At least 1 year of experience operating a photocopier machine.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide photocopy and mass reproduction services for the municipality.
  • Assist the council support office in preparing and packaging documents for council meetings.
  • Offer faxing services to the municipality.
