Key Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions and maintain accurate cash handling
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge for customer assistance
- Manage stock replenishment and merchandising standards
- Conduct regular price verification audits
- Address customer inquiries and escalate complex issues
- Maintain store presentation and cleanliness standards
- Stay informed about promotions and special offers
Required Qualifications
- Valid Matric/Grade 12 certificate
- Minimum 5 months retail experience (till operations preferred)
- Proven sales performance record
