Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer transactions accurately through POS systems
- Maintain updated product knowledge for effective customer assistance
- Manage inventory through regular stock rotation and shelf maintenance
- Conduct weekly price verifications and update pricing labels
- Execute visual merchandising standards and promotional displays
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in sales areas
Candidate Requirements:
Essential Qualifications:
- Valid Grade 12/NQF Level 4 Certificate
Preferred Experience:
- 5+ months retail experience with POS systems
- Proven customer service track record in fast-paced environments
