Key Responsibilities

• Process customer payments and maintain accurate transaction records
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge for customer assistance
• Manage stock displays and store merchandising standards
• Conduct regular price verification audits
• Address customer inquiries efficiently
• Keep updated on promotional offers and sales campaigns
• Maintain clean and organized sales floor environment

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

• Valid Grade 12 certificate
• Proven retail experience with POS systems
