Role Overview
We seek a qualified Pharmacy Assistant to join our Langebaan team. This role requires strict confidentiality, medication expertise, and excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage prescription processing and patient records with 100% accuracy
- Provide professional customer service via phone and in-person consultations
- Resolve medication queries and process chronic illness authorizations
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and pharmacy teams
- Maintain compliance with all pharmaceutical regulations and SOPs
Requirements
- Valid Pharmacist Assistant (Post Basic) qualification
- Matric certification
- 1+ year experience in a retail pharmacy environment
- Strong computer literacy and administrative skills
- Excellent communication abilities
