Introduction

• You will provide pharmaceutical care services within your scope of practice and handle daily dispensary tasks according to the company’s standard procedures.

Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality customer service and care.
• Manage stock control and administration, including repacking medicines.
• Handle dispensary administration efficiently.
• Perform accurate compounding.
• Offer general health advice to customers.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and product displays.
• Handle other tasks as needed for operations.

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

• Matric with Mathematics (essential).
• Meet the minimum requirements of the South African Pharmacy Council for roles as a Pharmacist Assistant (Qualified, Post-Basic, or Learner Basic).

Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge:

• Knowledge of health products and over-the-counter medicines.
• Understanding of South African Pharmacy Council rules and relevant laws.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Team player with integrity.
• Ethical practices and compliance.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Basic math skills.
• Familiarity with IT systems and MS Office.
