Introduction

• You will provide pharmaceutical care services within your scope of practice and handle daily dispensary tasks according to the company’s standard operating procedures.

Job Description

Key Objectives:

• Maintain high standards of customer service and care.
• Manage stock control and administration efficiently, including repacking medicines.
• Handle dispensary administration effectively.
• Perform accurate compounding.
• Offer general health advice.
• Keep high standards of housekeeping and merchandise display.
• Meet other ad hoc needs as required by operations.

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

• Matric with Maths (essential).
• Meet the minimum requirements of the South African Pharmacy Council for Pharmacist Assistant levels (Qualified, Post-Basic, and Learner Basic).

Skills, Abilities, and Job-Related Knowledge:

• Knowledge of products in the health aisle and over-the-counter medicines.
• Understanding of South African Pharmacy Council rules and relevant laws.
