Position Overview

Requirements
- Valid registration with South African Pharmacy Council (current annual fees paid)
- Proven experience in stock management, distribution, and warehouse operations
- Strong leadership abilities and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in inventory systems (FIFO/FEFO principles)
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations (Pharmacy Act, GPP, GDP, GWP)
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise pharmaceutical stock management including receipt, storage, and distribution
- Conduct regular stock audits and support annual inventory processes
- Train staff on standard operating procedures and safety protocols
- Ensure compliance with occupational health/safety standards and quality control
- Resolve operational issues and escalate supply chain challenges
