Key Responsibilities

Customer Service Excellence

  • Guide customers in selecting appropriate pet products and care solutions
  • Maintain high service standards at all customer touchpoints

Product Expertise

  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of pet nutrition, accessories, and care essentials
  • Stay informed about latest pet care trends and product updates

Store Operations

  • Manage stock displays and inventory replenishment
  • Maintain organized merchandise presentation and store cleanliness

Team Collaboration

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to optimize store performance
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions

Candidate Requirements

Essential Qualifications

  • Matric certificate or equivalent qualification
  • Genuine interest in animal welfare and pet care
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Attributes

  • Retail experience (advantageous but not required)
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • Basic computer literacy
