Employment Type: Full Time
Minimum Education: Matric (NQF Level 4)
Experience Required: 3-5 years in HR Management
Location: Pretoria, Gauteng
Department: Human Resources
Requirements:
- Grade 12 certificate or equivalent qualification
- 3-5 years’ experience in human resource management
- Working knowledge of PERSOL/PERSAL systems (advantageous)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment processes and employee appointments
- Develop career plans for Defence Intelligence personnel
- Administer performance management systems (PMDS)
- Oversee employee benefits and service conditions
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare statistical reports
- Process employment terminations and transfers
