Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage Principal’s calendar and confidential meeting coordination
- Handle parent-principal communications
- Organize staff appraisal meetings
Operations Management
- Coordinate school events from planning to execution
- Oversee office administration including reception and supplies
- Manage school photography sessions and excursion logistics
HR Administration
- Support recruitment processes and onboarding
- Maintain HR documentation accuracy
- Assist with performance management systems
Required Competencies
Essential Skills
- Strong written/verbal communication (English)
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Excellent time management
